Bench access levels, a terminal in the browser, and faster charts.

What's new

• Bench access levels. Give each user Read, Operator, or Developer access to benches from the Users page.
• Terminal in the browser. Open an interactive terminal on a bench from its detail page.
• Faster charts. Charts are drawn by the web app itself, so they load faster and match the rest of the interface.
• Accessibility. Every control in the web app has an accessible name, and a broken page shows an error instead of a blank screen.

Bug fixes

• mimick auth login opens the browser on Windows.
• The web app renews an expired sign-in and retries instead of failing.
• Page title and navigation fixes.
