Large runbook files upload in parts.

What's new​

  • Large file uploads. Runbook file inputs and defaults upload in parts, from the CLI or the web app, so large files transfer reliably.

Bug fixes​

  • Bench logs use UTC timestamps.
  • A stalled file transfer is reported separately from a dropped connection.
  • Bench connections stay responsive under heavy load.
